A few days ago I downloaded some fantastic Photoshop brushes courtesy of Mr. Chris Oatley. And that's how my doggie friend here was born. You might be familiar with Chris Oatley's work, but if you are not, I recommend you go and check him out. He's a great artist and his website and artcast are great resources for artists. He was also in episode 7 of the Escape from Illustration Island podcast.
